Plata transportului prin curier rapid este 20 LEI. Comenzile cu valoare de minim 150 lei beneficiaza de transport gratuit.
Daca observati deteriorarea grava a ambalajului coletului, va sugeram sa refuzati pachetul.
Produsul primit nu se poate returna decat daca vi s-a livrat alt produs decat cel comandat, va rugam sa semnalati cat mai curand acest lucru pentru a returna produsul si a fi inlocuit cu cel corect. Nu se primesc spre inlocuire decat produsele aflate in stare perfecta, asa cum au fost livrate. Toate costurile de retur si transport al produsului corect vor fi suportate de TECHIR.
